Be careful when using a GPS. Aisne is a hamlet of Heyd, Aisne is the street name as well as the name of the river. 

So:
Coming from Liège (via N806), cross the bridge at the beginning of the town. 
Coming from Namur via Bomal (N806), cross the bridge at the end of the town.

 
During the winter snow tires are advisable!
